Comprehensive Healthcare and Vacation
HEALTH INSURANCE
Two comprehensive medical plans are offered. Employees are eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
DENTAL INSURANCE
Employee pays 50% of premium. Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time of employment.
VISION INSURANCE
We offer comprehensive vision insurance to all eligible full-time associates. Employees pay 50% of the premium. Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)
An HSA allows an employee to set aside a portion of their earnings to pay for qualified medical expenses and dependent care expenses. Money deducted from an employee’s pay into an HSA is not subject to payroll taxes, resulting in substantial payroll tax savings. Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

We offer a competitive vacation and paid personal time package, along with up to ten paid holidays each year.

Basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment is provided by PFS at no cost to employees. Employees can purchase additional life insurance, and that cost varies. Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Short-term disability insurance is provided free-of-charge to all eligible new hires. Furthermore, employees have the option to purchase long-term disability insurance for a low premium rate. Eligible the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
